Dr Eubanks and his staff are incredibly patient and supportive of our pets personalities. His direct approach when giving care and feedback is to the point while also being gentle and caring. My dog is extremely nervous and his behavior and acknowledgment of her fears has been incredible for her continuous care at his clinic. His front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming, they remember each patient by name! His techs are gentle and explain every process in detail and give reassurance and frequent updates while Ellie is in the back. I have never left his office feeling insecure about her care or questioned the necessities. I love that they give frequent reminders for scheduled visits and their willingness to work with peoples routines. Their patient care is unmatched and are a blessing to the community.
